Dreams are inherently mysterious, serving as a window into the unconscious. They arise from the depths of the psyche, communicating through the rich language of metaphors and symbols. By engaging with our dreams intentionally, we can unlock their potential to provide profound wisdom, insight, and healing.

In our gathering, we will explore the symbolism and imagery within our dreams. Bring a dream, fragments of a dream, or a recurring theme to work on. Through reflective questions and group sharing, we will uncover the hidden meanings and deeper insights our dreams hold.

Daniela is the SLF Director of Art and Spirit and is an astrologer. She will lead us in our discovery of the symbology of our dreams.
