The Bible is a powerful symbol in our polarized society. Yet, many if not most people do not know the history, context, and the creation of the Bible. The “UN-Bible Study” is a thought-provoking course designed to critically examine the Bible from a historical, literary, and theological perspective. This class explores the complexities and nuances of the Bible, challenging traditional views and fostering a deeper understanding of this influential text. It will explore the early Christian movements that were stamped out by the Church, their writings (Gnostic Writings), and the implications for our times.

This course is geared for those who have little to no understanding the Bible and the Church. The course is 4-weeks but participants are welcome to join whenever they can.
