Organic Spirituality
The Spiritual Life Foundation fosters an open-minded, community-based exploration of timely spiritual and social questions using a multimodal and multidimensional framework. We seek to reach beyond where traditional religious thought ends to engage the edges of science and metaphysics and we encourage explorations of emerging holistic healing modalities.
Our Hope
We hope to be a safe and non-judgmental place where individuals and groups can organically discover their own unique expressions of spirituality. We provide personal consultation and collaboration in this explorative process. We hope to build a network of seekers supporting and encouraging one another on this spiritual journey. As a result of this process, we hope to positively affect our communities.

Community Centered Programs
From the SLF perspective, spirituality lies where people find a passion to bring forth something positive in life. Individuals are encouraged to develop and present their own projects and workshops or create their own groups for further exploration.

Experiential Explorations
Spiritual growth and development are often enhanced as one engages perspectives beyond their known experiences. Through a consultative and collaborative process, the SLF will encourage and support experiential exploration to broaden and deepen one’s spiritual perspective.

Safe Space for Self-Discovery
Exploring spirituality and what it means to you may feel risky and vulnerable. Reaching outside conventional practices and beliefs can lead to a sense of isolation. The SLF seeks to create a community where people find acceptance as they explore their own expressions of spirituality.

"Fridays for Future"
Fridays for Future is a global movement that originated with Swedish teenager Greta Thunberg in August 2018. It calls for urgent action to combat climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The Palo Alto chapter is spearheaded by Matt Schlegel. For years, Matt has been passionate about global climate change. Please connect with Matt to find simple ways you can contribute to the cause.
